Kelly has real world HR expertise in all facets of HR including; organizational
performance, leadership development, executive/C-Suite talent planning,
recruitment, HR technology solutions and organizational talent management.
As a Strategic Consultant for The Marcus Buckingham Company, she works
with organizations and teams to achieve exceptional talent performance and
engagement through dynamic and strength-based strategies.
She completed her studies at the University of Minnesota, and worked at Target
in Human Resources until early 2017. She is also a practicing coach whose
learnings span multiple educational disciplines, including the Coach Training
Institute, WIAL Action Learning, and Presence Based coaching.
Kelly excels at diving into messy, matrixed, complex situations, and rallying
teams around purpose and action. As a passionate practitioner, speaker, and
