New ADP® options let mobile employees receive pay notifications, enroll in annual benefits, browse internally posted jobs.

Need to keep mobile employees in touch and engaged? ADP® certainly hasn't been standing still. It recently announced three new ways to connect with employees on the go.

New Pay Day Notification feature alerts employees via iPhone® when their statements are available

For clients using ADP iPayStatements, a new Pay Day Notification feature sends a push notice to an employee's iPhone® as soon as their pay statement is ready. They simply tap on the notification to launch the ADP Mobile app, where they can view their latest earnings, deductions, and direct deposits.

Pay Day Notification gives employees peace of mind, knowing that their paycheck is ready to spend and invest. The ADP Mobile app is available for free download via the iTunes® App Store.

iPad®- based annual benefits enrollment

Employees at larger companies with compatible ADP® benefits solutions can now conduct annual benefits enrollments on their iPad®. They can review, enroll, or waive all types of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, and other insurances. They can pause and resume the enrollment process across device types (e.g., start on a tablet and then continue later on the Web, or vice versa). This new app is available for free download via the iTunes® App Store. Contact your ADP representative for details.

Internal job search

Clients using ADP Vantage HCM® and ADP Recruiting Management can now let employees search and apply for internally posted jobs on their smartphones. Advanced filtering controls let them sort jobs based on such criteria as commuting distance or date the job was posted. Employees can begin the job application process, refer coworkers, or subscribe to receive text messages when a new job matching their criteria is posted.

With mobile internal job searching, your company has a better chance at matching the right people to the right openings, no matter where they are.
