ADP® begins rollout of completely reimagined HR software user experience

"Fun" and "friendly." Not words you’d typically associate with HR software. But employees can expect both as ADP® rolls out a completely re-designed user experience.

"We did extensive studies of how people want to use HR software," explains Anna Carsen, Vice President of Product Management at ADP. "Then we redesigned the experience from the ground up."

Upon logging in, employees find a personalized dashboard that anticipates what they may want to do and serves up highly visualized information with minimal navigation. Such insight-driven navigation can help them better understand and manage their compensation, benefits, and time off.

Meanwhile, the more intuitive, consumer-like experience helps HR shift from supporting transactions to engaging the people behind those transactions.

Portions of the new experience will be available to most North American users of ADP’s payroll solutions by the end of 2014. ADP will extend the new user experience to its benefits administration, time and attendance, and talent management products during 2015.
